This arrived with the tube open and the black stuff all over the inside of the box, and my hands and the outside of the box when I opened it. But it gets worse. As I was cleaning the black gunk off everything I didn't realize that the tube was leaking from multiple places, and the way I was carrying it made ( without my realizing ) more leak out, on my clothes and the floor, and several good carpets. I pray that the stains aren't permanent.

I've always had blackheads and an oily face I thought this would finally work because nothing worked for me. I used it and it didn't even grip it peeled off super easy and didn't take anything. I followed the instructions, I washed my faced before, made sure it was dry. It didn't work, wouldn't recommend

The madk stuff itself is just as described. The plastuc tube it comes in failed. When I squeezed it onto my fingers it came out of both ends. The seal on the end needs improvement. Not sure if it was quality lacking on only mine or on the packaging. But it madeca mess for me to ckean up and wasted product.

Product was great, what wasn’t so great was the hole at the bottom of the bottle. Went to squeeze the product out of the top and wouldn’t budge until I noticed the giant globs of charcoal mask running down my brand new white shirt that I had to throw away.

Not super high quality but its solid and gets the job done. It's a little harsh on the skin but for the price, it's a pretty good purchase.

Do not recommend. Burns SKIN! Bottle busted open when squeezing for first time.

Gets the gunk out of my pores. It has an interesting menthol scent but it doesn’t bother me. Thick and black !!!

Cleaned my pores left it looking smaller and smoother
