Has Served me well.
I installed this about 9 years ago. Fairly simple to hang on wall. Venting for combustion and exhaust fairly simple. All materials required are supplied. I have just let it run. Foregoing any maintenance. I am having my first issue. It seems simple enough. Maybe not just a gas valve and thermocouple. Yet detailed schematics and diagrams. The unit can recognize most issues. No it is not magic or some kind of nuclear reactor. Be careful of the "experts" They often tell you the dylithium crystals have failed! Let's see. I will follow up.

I had one of these installed in my house. Disaster. The tank immediately started to leak, causing it to shut down. Bosch does not provide service and makes it almost impossible for plumbers to help by stonewalling them. You have to work through the plumber, but so far two of them have given up. I called Bosch myself. The customer service people are nasty and combative. I am goung to have replace this brand new expensive eqipment at my own cost. Buyer beware.
