Really like this product. I take 2 an hour before bed and it relaxes my busy mind. Definitely very effective. Sort of on the big size, but easy to swallow with a big gulp of water.

This has helped me SO much. It's a holy grail product. I can sleep better and actually rest. I was able to stop smoking weed to sleep ever since I started this supplement. I don't have as much muscle pain as before, little to none tbh, less knots on my back from stress. Less cramps. I take it at night so in the morning I feel more calm. I typically take 3 capsules and it relaxes me so quickly to go to sleep within 30 mins. I like how quickly it works even though I just need a little bit more of a dose than suggested. No side effects. I wake up like normal no grogginess no nothing. I am able to keep moving forward with my day.

This works really well. I usually take a different brand but they weren't going down as easily and didn't seem to work like they used to. These magnesium capsules were easy to swallow and had me peeing out alot of excess water weight that wasn't coming off.Which is the main reason I even take Magnesium Glycinate supplements. All in all good purchase and great price. Very effective.
