Is the bag strong enough to support full potty when being carried?

I would not carry by the handles if the potty is full.

Doubt your Thetford Porta Potti will leak unless you don't use it properly. Like not emptying often. Although I don't think the carrying bag is waterproof it is water resistant and would handle small spills
