Advertised as a shampoo but actually is a conditioner. Good quality Pantene conditioner.

Poor packaging of an obviously opened bottle.
The package arrived with a strip of cling film wound around the top of the shampoo bottle, but the lid was loose and shampoo had leaked everywhere.

Couldn’t open product
I got the shampoo and conditioner, the conditioner opened easily but the shampoo bottle didn’t and when product came it was leaking a bit
