An incredible book
I love this book so much, I learn a lot about restorative yoga and Judith Lasater is just the best in this field.You need to have a lot of props, and patience to read all the steps, but when you do so, the experience is incredible, your nervous system will thank you! :)

LE livre de référence si vous souhaitez enseigner ou découvrir le Restorative yoga... J'ai suis 100% satisfaite, Judith Hanson Lasater prend le temps de décrire chaque posture, ses bénéfices, comment entrer dedans, quels supports utilisés. Il y a également des textes pour les enseignants pour guider les élèves dans chaque posture. Et à la fin différences séances sont proposées selon des thématiques! Un must-have dont je suis très satisfaite!

Nurturing self care!
This book provides such insightful ways to nurture oneself. Yes the requirement of props is extensive, however it required to be able to be in the supportive nature of many of the poses offered here. This book is more of a personal practice book or for use with a private client & in the use for therapeutics. To offer something of this nature, one would charge more due to the extensive set up & requirement of props.Her instructions are precise, the pictures display a wonderful reference of the general direction of the pose. I have found many of these poses to be very restoring & relaxing. I can honestly say, I haven't followed any of the sequences in the back, I will typically use a pose in the book to add to my home practice.
