05/05/2025, update reviewThe replacement works just fine and with that I go back to a 5-star. I really like the warm yellow color of the light which is perfect for under the counter in the morning, and much less harsh than some of the "natural" blue color LEDs.Several levels of brightness and various pre-set timers.Lesson learned: try the entire strip and remote function before putting up. A lot less irritating than having to take it all down should it not work. Aside from that, would and will buy another set.---------- Initial review below ----------05/02/2025Had one before and loved it. Never had any issues with it. Bought a second one after a recent move and the receiver (plug) does not respond to the remote. Even after replacing the remote battery it's not responding. Bummer.The remote itself seems to work (Hint, if you're not aware of this : turn on your phone camera, aim the remote at your phone/camera, and you'll see the IR emitter flicker on your phone screen). The manual switch at the plug itself works but only in on-off mode; no dimming possible with the switch alone.Contacted amazon customer service and they shipped a new one out right away. Let's see if that one works.I'll revise the low rating once/if the replacement works.

I used these lights for my basement kitchen and they’re so cute. They were super easy to put up, exact size I needed and they have different modes from low to high and also some strobe settings. Overall I love it and it makes it super easy for me to go to the kitchen at night without waking him up. Would buy again.

It's a roll of stick on leds. That said, the connection points are sturdy, the light color and temperature are great, it installs in minutes, and looks great for the price. I had to buy a second roll to make it all the way around my counters but it connected to the original strand easily.

These lights are great!I had some for years with no problems!They just ordered more because we were remodeling the kitchen! The different settings are nice with the remote.

Works great and the remote with the dimmer is a nice added bonus. I used these for under cabinet lighting in the kitchen and it totally transforms the space. The strip pieces attach nicely and are not even visible unless they're on. I also like that it plugs in and doesn't work off of a usb or motion sensor. Well worth the purchase.

Perfect value! Very simple quick installation. Can be quite bright with adjustability to very dim! A+

Half of these lights were glitchy and finally just stopped working altogether. I like the color of the lights and the other half that ARE working are still going strong. I had to order another set of these lights to replace the ones that stopped working, as it was too late for me to be able to return them.
