For a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie, this is quite tasty! I like the flavor and the texture/consistency reminds me of Famous Amos cookies. My biggest reasons for giving 4 stars instead of 5 are cost and delivery.Cost: While delicious, these cookies are rather expensive. I'm not sure how often I would be willing to buy them when they are about $4.78 a box.Delivery: The boxes I received had a lot of broken cookies. There were maybe 4 or 5 whole cookies in a box of about 21 (based on the serving size of 3 and there being 7 servings per container). This was true for 2 of the 3 boxes, though I suspect the third box will be the same when I get around to opening it. And it's not that these are just broken in half - it's more like cookie crumbs in the bag, with nearly half of the cookies broken into tiny pieces, while others are in small chunks, leaving just a few whole cookies. I'm not sure it's worth buying if the cookies are going to be mostly crumbled.

Easily one of my top 3 cookies of all time. All 3 of course being some variation of chocolate chip. Not only are these cookies better for you than normal, brand name ones, but they taste far better as well. I recommend, hear me out, dipping them in water. Milk overpowers the flavor of these delightfully subtle tasting cookies. The water allows their true flavors to come through much better and in my numerous tests I also realized they absorb water much better than milk, softening them slightly. Don't expect them to crumble to mush in milk like other cookies made from wheat flour do, these ones stay crunchy inside. The chocolate seems to be a more dark chocolate than you'd normally find in cookies, rich and delicious with just a touch of sweetness, and no unpleasant aftertaste like you'd get from cookies made with refined sugar, the coconut sugar definitely contributes to the quality of these sweets. Honestly the only complaint I could possibly have is that each box only has around 20 or so cookies, and they are quite small. But as high quality as the ingredients are I can understand why you don't get as much for the price. Though I'd like to see a larger, perhaps even soft batch variety, maybe applesauce cookies? Because then the third place contender in my top three would definitely be booted to 4th by them.

I absolutely LOVE these Simple Mills Chocolate Chip cookies. As someone with a gluten sensitivity, it has been extremely hard to find gluten free cookies that aren't packed full of junk. The Simple Mills cookies are made with only CLEAN ingredients. I just wish my Subscribe & Save wouldn't arrive so close to expiration.

Not a whole Lotta flavor And I even added extra vanilla, cinnamon and cranberries I will try again as I want to like it. It also only makes one dozen cookies

I had to search for a brand that meets my son’s diet requirements since I am breastfeeding. A friend introduced these to me and these are so good! I can eat the entire box by myself in one sitting if I let myself haha!! Normally, if I eat the other brands of chocolate chip cookies, I would feel sick even if I had only 2/3. But with this brand, it doesn’t make me feel that way and I have eaten quite a handful in one sitting, like half a box! Quality ingredients don’t make you sick. Great product. I will continue to buy this brand even after my son gets well. My husband and toddler loves it too. They keep stealing my snacks lol!
