Without reading the words printed on your container I can't be sure. The container that I have contains 400ml. container

Can i use it on projectors lens

It shouldn't be a problem - a friend of mine uses something similar to clean photographic lenses but you may want to check with the manufacturer.

how do you request a straw from the gas bottle ,as only opition I can see is return the can ?

yes I think you can only get the straw when you buy a new can
