where are these made...?

I have about 60 MC pieces and they are all stamped/stickered either Made in China/Made in Taiwan

Does it have a drainage hole in the bottom?

No there's no drainage holes. I use a small plastic pots with drainage holes and put them inside the pots. They are very nice and look great. Hope this helps.
