Big question…how spill proof is this mug?

My wife and I have had this mug for a little time and we enjoy this mug VERY MUCH. We have never had a spill with them. Our drink also stays hot, as you make it. If you want to take out, such as a tea bag or add anything to it, once the top is on just pull top off easy to not spill what you are drinking.

Does it fit cup holder in car?

Depending on the size of the vehicle's cup holder. The bottom of our coffee mug is about 3.4 inches long.

What size diameter straw will this hold?

I use the 6" tall straws for this size mug. I purchased the 6" plain color reusable plastic replacement drinking straws for short mini tumblers - set of 12 from Amazon for this mug.

How many lids does this coffee cup come with?

Our insulated coffee mug comes with two lids, you can use different lids for different purposes, very convenient.
