Works very well for me although on first application the pain seemed to intensify. The cooling is eventually very soothing.

decent price, quick delivery does the job of aleviating muschle pain
aleviates the pain once applied.. I find menthol based gels work far better than heat gels.

Not very effective
Easy to apply, flexible and sticks well (although took a while to peel residual glue off my skin!), but the cold effect took 10 minutes to kick in and only lasted about an hour. Won’t be buying again.

Better than boots 10 percent
Bought this hoping for some pain relief for back pain. It's very effective and fast acting. Suprised how well it works.On advice from a colleague to try 10 percent, I bought some from boots, own brand. It's total rubbish and offers next to no relief.This stuff is fantastic value and works!

Probably works better on muscular pain, has no effect on joint pain

It seems to work.
Very effective for me. I tried the market leader that everyone associates with this type of product but felt no benifit at all. This half the prices and works for me.
