Miraculous
I have goosebumps.Feels so personal and true even though I wasn’t in the war.I guess the war that’s mentioned is just satirical and denotes the war each and every woman fights within their groups across the world.

Eye Opening!
This book is a very realistic deep-dive into the lives of army personnel and what goes on at war. It depicts the good, bad and ugly in detail. While some parts were difficult to read - it was very educative and eye opening.

Must read
I really loved “The Women” because it broke my heart and stitched it back together in the span of a few pages.Kristin Hannah has this rare gift of turning history into something deeply personal, and she’s done it again with Frankie McGrath’s story.Watching Frankie go from a sheltered, rule-following girl to a battle-scarred but fiercely resilient woman was such an emotional ride.I’ve always been a fan of Kristin Hannah’s writing. Her books like The Nightingale and The Four Winds were unforgettable but The Women just hit me differently. It is very raw, bold, and brutally honest about what women went through during the Vietnam War. I felt every moment of fear, courage, confusion, and heartbreak right alongside Frankie, and I couldn’t put it down. You should read “The Women” because it gives voice to stories that history often silences. It is not just a book about war but infact it is about friendship, identity, grief, and finding strength when the world is falling apart. If you’ve ever loved a story that made you feel seen, or one that made you ache for the characters long after you have turned the last page, then this book is for you.It reminds us that women can be heroes too and that their stories deserve to be told with just as much power and respect.
