Warrany: Has anyone experience with warranty? For instance do you have to pay postage to send it back to the manufacturer? We just bought one.

I had one that pooped out very quickly (40 days) after purchase. They sent me a new one and told me to throw the old one in the trash after cutting off the power cord.

No, I do not like this machine. The basket is small and has a little nub that has to line up, which makes it tedious to insert & more so to remove. The pump is also weak. If you grind fine and pack the basket with pressure, it takes forever for the coffee to come out.
