Take an elderly person with dementia and add a phone cord. It was being twisted while talking on the phone. The cords were being broken internally and needed replacing every other month.Enter this little gadget. It keeps the cord from being twisted. Now the cord is staying undamaged despite the twiddling being done. Fit our landline phone perfectly.

Do to being directly hooked to hand set it would bump the desk and the phone a lot. This caused loose connections and bad sound quality.

My phone cord at work would end up in a giant ball all tangled up daily, I know it sounds like a silly thing to get frustrated with but it drives me crazy, always untangling it over and over, this product works great, just plug it in and cord never gets tangled.

I was so tired of my twisting work phone cord at work, I thought I’d give it a try. Only one of the three is still working. The other two didn’t work right from the get go. I like the one but the other two are duds. So not really worth it.

within the first week of having it on the phone, it was creating really poor sound quality, which quickly progressedy to the unit just falling out. You put it back in, and it clicks into place and seems good again, but shortly after it’s falling out again. Brutal!
