Q: Are they water proof when used with watercolor?

Yes, I also use these to outline before I watercolor. These pens are amazing!!!

Q: Will these write on a page that has gesso on it and not dry out?? So far I've ruined a micron pen, a stadtler pen and a sakura gel pen. Thanks!

Pitt pens are mixed media markers and should do fine on Gesso, it is always best after writing on gesso to clean tip by scribbling on a blank sheet of paper to get residual gesso out of tip.

Q: Does it smear when using alcohol markers? Such as Copics, or Touch markers?

These Faber Castell pens contain india ink. They are waterproof but not alcohol proof. They will smear if colored over with any alcohol based markers such as Copics or Touch markers.
