I purchased these plates for my 8 year old son to help him choose balanced portions independently. The pictures are great and give him a better understanding of what exactly falls into the carb or protein categories. I was worried that this plate would be to babyish or be more of the size of a toddler plate, but it is the perfect size for an older child. The information states it’s for ages 2-12, but it’s just right for my 8 and 10 year old. The photo includes a size comparison with a standard dinner plate. These are good, sturdy plates made of hard plastic. If you are on the fence, buy these plates. They are great!!

Fun plate to teach them about proper portions and building healthy eating habits. The plate is sturdy and easy to clean in the dishwasher (air dry). W e never used it in the microwave so can’t speak to that.

High quality plates. Large sections. My 4 year old loves them. Great customer service as well. I had an issue with a plate and they sent me a replacement immediately. I’ll be ordering more!

These are great over all but one was in my sink with a bunch of other dishes and I found it with a butter knife through the plate. No idea how that would happen.

I struggle with keeping kids eating healthy and that is the main reason I purchased this item. this plate helps them with portion control as well as teaches them what to eat more and what less. I like the quality and we use it every day.

These plates are great in teaching portion control to my 9 and 7 year old grandsons.

My baby can learn the importance of each food group. This is a great idea. I highly recommend this portion size plate

The only thing I was disappointed about is that you can’t put it in the microwave.
