Why doesn't it come with a cover?

I dont know, but I bought the pillow cases seperately

The pillow comes vacuum packed so is pretty flat when you get it. Once the seal is broken it returns to its normal size

Where do you get the pillows cases from

I just looked for one on Amazon type in the size of pillow you have with body pillow case and got a selection of colours to choose from

There is some discrepancy in relations to the measurements . Product details says it is 12ft long however About this item mentioned 9ft long.

Yeah it’s not 12 ft I even bought a pillow car for it and it’s too long for the pillow, so it now has a foot of dangly pillow case either end 😭😭😭
