The media could not be loaded. I initially had problems with a leaky connection. I was assisted by Lene at customer services. After we explored options, a replacement was sent and this one is working perfectly. Water comes out quickly. It is difficult to comment on the quality but it seems fine.

This product is of very high quality. You can definitely feel the difference, and it’s also reasonably priced.

Really decent water filter. For the price i can't complain, a nice solid stainless steel construction, looks nice also. It filters water great, and makes it taste even better. Just be warned, water still comes out after you turn off the tap as its still making its way through the filter. So just turn it off earlier than you'd normally and all is good

Replaced a water jug with this product and I'm very happy with it. It was easy to install and very simple to use. Much faster than conventional water jugs where you have to wait for minutes for the water to seep through the filter. The water tastes fine, I can't really verify what it filters out but the filter that goes in this is much more impressive than those little filters in the water jugs so I'm hoping it filters better. Overall it's great value for money so I recommend it.

Having read the reviews I was looking forward to using this filter. It looks great, fits well but the water filter is not actually filtering anything. Had run the water as instructed etc, however after boiling the kettle you can see the water is very cloudy and has already started to build limescale in the kettle. Will be sending back for a refund. Very disappointed. It is also very difficult to remove the outer shell to see the water filter using the tool provided.
