Well designed and effective
After worrying about how I was going to keep my braces clean during a two-week overseas trip, I took a chance and bought one of these, based on the reviews. I've owned a standard countertop electric Waterpik for a long time and knew the basic drill. The cordless version proved perfect for travel. It's not petite but it's not heavy either. It's easy to fill, easy to operate, and much less messy than my countertop model. The plug insert prevented any leakage if the reservoir was, say, 95% but not 100% empty when packed in my suitcase to move on to the next stop. Some reviewers mentioned that they needed to refill the reservoir to get as much cleaning time as they wanted. Agree -- but it took five seconds to refill, and I think the manufacturer hit the right balance between capacity and portability. Per one reviewer's warning, I've made sure not to leave the charger on the unit indefinitely. No problems so far, and I didn't find I've had to recharge it ridiculously often. Have owned this product for only just over a month, but I'm very happy with it.

Totally worth every penny, would buy again in a heartbeat
Flossing can be so tedious. Even with those floss pockets (which the price and waste they produce over time is nothing to shake a stick at). After a long busy day it’s just the last thing I want to do. So I take a pass one night, then one night turns into 2, then a week, then when I force myself to floss again my gums bleed.I’d heard about waterpiks. Even my dad who doesn’t talk much was moved to words when talking about his positive experience in getting one.So I took the plunge and decided to give it a try. I chose this one because I travel a ton and though it needs more refilling than the convenient large tank ones, I can pack this one in my luggage.THIS THING CHANGED MY ENTIRE TEETH CLEANING GAME. I absolutely love how easy it is to use! And it even feels like a nice little massage for my gums. Though it’s important to note the waterpik won’t get everything between your teeth, every now and then I still use a flosser after “waterpik-ing” for a deep thorough clean. But it gets most of everything, particularly the dirt around the gumline.

Great product
Great product. It is very portable and easy to use because it is cordless. It holds just the right amount of water so you do not have to refill mid-use. Only con is although it is powerful for a cordless version, it is not as powerful as my previous corded model. It is not a huge difference though so I prefer this one to my other and will not be purchasing a corded model again. Also love the color! The purple is awesome and goes great next to my pink electric toothbrush.

Small mouth, implants, braces, bridge, just dont floss? Buy
As a Hygienist I recommend this product to a lot of my patients. It's great for bridges, implants, braces. It does not replace traditional flossing, but if you know you WILL not floss, this is awesome.I like this model compared to the counter model. It's so much easier just to take it in the shower and not worry about getting water everywhere.Saying that, it does take a little time to get use to it. Dont be surprised if you get water everywhere the first couple of times if you dont use it in the shower and if you have a curious tongue it's not uncommon to have the burst of water cause a little discomfort on the tongue. (Theres a reason it tells you to start on the lowest setting first lol)It comes with a silkish type bag for travel, the flosser, a case with all the attachments, instructions, charger ect.As I mentioned, I am a Dental Hygienist. I am not sponsored or have any affiliation with the company. I like to try out the products my patients are using so I can give an accurate recommendation.Cons:Pricey- let's face it. It's a good chunk of change. However, you probably just spent a ton of money on that new bridge, implant, crown, or braces. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!!! If it is in a difficult to reach area or it's hard to floss, this is better than just hoping it wont get decay.Travel case doesnt do well getting wet- I am a reservist with the United States Army and I just got back from my annual training. I took my flosser with me. I use this product twice a day, on the outside surfaces and inside surfaces. I had to charge it twice in the 14 days. Saying that, I was in the bay with a lot of other soldiers and a community restroom, so leaving it out to dry is not an option, so I would dry it off with a towel and put it in the travel case. I've been home for a couple of days in which the travel case has been sitting out drying (I empty the flossers reservoir after each use) and it's still damp.... not a fan of that.Back to the battery; Charging takes about 4 hours. That is not bad at all. The charge has a magnetic type connection which is pretty cool.Tips:if you are going to put mouthrinse in there like chlorhexidine. DILUTE it!!!! Very little mouthrinse is best, it tends to gunk the flosser up.* the tips are removable!! That means if you have a bridge in the back that you cant reach, or have Parkinson's, or you broke your arm, you can have one attachment and your loved one that never flosses and has multiple cavities can have another! You can both use it the flosser if you want! I just recommend you have a way to distinguish one person's tip from the others.I've been using this flosser 2x daily for the last few weeks and it does not disappoint yet. I'll keep you updated.

Great product but I recommend to use it with bottled water
Great product. I used it in Peru (where the electric current is 220 V) and everything worked well. I was able to charge it and use it with no problems. The tank capacity is small, as others have pointed, but I refilled a couple of times for each brushing session and it was not a problem at all. The only recommendation I have is that you should use it with bottled water rather than tap water (depending on the country). At first, I used it with boiling tap water mixed with bottled water to make a warm mix but a white residue started to block the tip of the flossing tube after a few days (water in Peru is very hard water). I switch to using boiling bottled water + cold bottled water and there was no problem after that. Overall great product for traveling.

Perfect travel water flosser
This is a perfect travel water flosser. Works like a charm.. Just that the quality of water compartment, specially the clips which attach to the base of flosser could have been better. Mine had broken clip on one side. Probably a shopping defect.Waiting for my replacement.

Be careful when using especially if you have sensitive teeth and gums
My first time using it, my gums bled a bit (I used it on the lowest setting). But it's probably because of my sensitive gums and teeth and not being to aim the water jet properly. It's something to think twice about if you have sensitive gums and teeth, but otherwise my teeth felt cleaner after use.
