Hinges are quite sturdy and well suited to a heavy door.

Iron hinges that are extremely sturdy! Very well built. Will last longer than the wood that they get mounted on. I only wished that they would've came with matching screws to install, but, well worth the money spent.

I read others reviews about the screws being too soft. I'm not sure because I received only 8 screws in total. I bought 6 hinges and each hinge requires 8 screw. I did make a trip to the hardware store to buy plenty of good screws and the hinges worked just fine. They do seem sturdy.

the product was fine...the only problem is it was advertised it came with mounting screws ? there were none in the package...could you send the screws so i can mount the hinges......thank you..john bellassai

Did not get the screws with hinge as indicated in the description

Purchased these for doors for a barn style shop I am building. Finished the doors, painted and was trying to put on the hinges. I have a small power screw driver. I was trying to install the screws that came with these and so far 3 of the screw heads snapped off. I am going to get larger and longer screws and try again but the issue is I now have the remainder of the in the door where I want to put another screw. I can only hope the metal in the hinges is stronger than the metal in the screws. If not, all this is being returned.
