Can this be shipped to california?

It''s probably one of the many things that the State of California doesn't think you can be trusted with. If you search on "can't ship to California" you will get over 40 million hits. When I lived in Long Beach I wasn't able to find good contact cement - only some gel stuff that didn't work very well. In California you can get good abalone, everywhere else you can get good adhesives. It could also be because of limitations on what can be transported on the ferry to the island.

Long story short will it bond two cinder blocks stacked one atop the other on a very low decorative "wall?"

Sorry I have not tried that, but my son swears by this stuff.

I want to put contact paper on my walls is this a good cement to do this, if not.... what is..?
