How do you pull off the clip? Instructions don't show how, and I can't seem to do it.

It just pulls off. I am a volunteer firefighter and I have mine hanging off my my radio harness and I just grab it and pull down and it pops right off.

Does this use any type of lasers or laser pointers?

You could Possibly Drill &Tap a area of the plastic and attach a Picatinny rail and then you could mount a Laser pointer / Scope / Flashlight or what ever you wanted that attaches onto a Picatinny rail... Personalize it how ever you wanted, i guess. But finding the correct spot to Drill & Tap it might be hard without ruining the Resqme Emergency Escape Tool.

What is the max thickness (in mm) of the window this will break?

You’ll need to contact the company directly about the specific thickness. But this tool should break any vehicle’s side or rear windows as long as they are not laminated windows. Some newer cars have laminated front side windows. Teslas are one example of that. You will only be able to break regular tempered glass with this tool. If you look at the writing in the bottom right corner of your window, it should say whether it is laminated or tempered.

Mine dont work how can i fix it? The steel dont pop out since it aint straight

I suspect it isn't fixable. Hopefully you can return it. It should not bend unless someone was trying to pry something with it.
