Great roof rack, it looks like a factory rack at more than 1/2 off the cost of an oem rack
I just drove 600 highway miles with this rack with nothing on it. It made no sound.. i hit speeds of 80 mph of extended driving with no noise. The rack had front and back stickers on the bottom which made things easier to install but I was confused by the arrows so don’t follow them. I had to look at pictures that people graciously posted (thank you ladies/gents!) to figure out which side it should face. See below if you’re still not clear which way it should be facing. Anything that has to do with wind, always remember the wing of a plane. Leading edge is always larger than the trailing edge. This allows air to move around the wing more efficiently. This is a great rack that is super sturdy. You can grab the rack and shake the whole car and the rack won’t move. I don’t doubt it will work with cargo as long a you follow the load rating. My only criticism is that the previous model Jeep (that came with the bars...more money for less features right!) had tie down loops built into the crossbars. There is nothing you can hook on that doesn’t require looping around the bars. So it’s annoying to tie something down at all for corners of the rack. I guess you could tie around the pedestals. But putting in a few built in loops would have made it more functional and easier to strap stuff down using hook. But I’m being hypercritical and I’m used to my old jeeps roof rack that was more functional. In closing, it’s a great rack that is reasonably priced! I would recommend this rack to anyone.if you’re hearing any sounds do the following.1. Make sure the blunt ends are facing forward.2. Make sure you’re putting the black strip back on. Without the strip, it will whistle.3. If it’s still whistling, it’s your tie down straps and not the rack. There may be nothing you can do about that. This thing is quiet with nothing attached to it. Also if you have some sort of moon roof deflector up there, that may be changing the air flowing going over the crossbars. I don’t have a moon roof on my Jeep.

Great set, great price.
Put these on top of my 15 Grand Cherokee altitude. These DO NOT fit the standard altitude rails. I replaced my side rails with the black channel side rails. Upon first attempt at installation, one of the brackets did not fit. I contacted the company via Amazon messaging and they were prompt at sending a replacement. Fits great, looks great. I don't notice any wind noise unless my sunroof is set to "vent" which I hear a whistle (you will with any roof rack). For those wondering about the lock, some rack attachments can slide in, lock so they don't get stolen. Very easy to install.

Needed to pry end cap lock tab up to hold, but otherwise great
Using it on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Works great. Only a couple caveats to keep in mind.1. Instructions suck. You have to unlock and then remove the end caps to be able to pull the weather stripping up enough to get at the screws. (The weather stripping goes back in pretty easy if you use the end of the Allen wrench to guide the edges back into their groves and then push down on the middle to secure it. It will extend 1/4” or so past the end of the rack for weather protection which is fine. One of my weatherstripping pieces was too long (almost 3/4”) when I was done, so I cut it down with a pair of scissors. No biggie.)2. You need to loosen the screws (but not remove them) enough (about a 1/4” worked for me but you can do more if need be) so that you can pull down and then tilt the metal rail that holds the rack in place just enough so you can slide the it into the tracks on the top of your vehicle. The instructions are not clear on that.3. Righty tighty, lefty loosely full applies to this install. :)4. Don’t fully tighten the each rack piece until you have both sides where you want them. Tighten decently but then once you have both sides in place, then finish tightening both sides, putting the weather stripping back in place and putting back on the end caps.5. The tab that the locking end caps use to stay secure were pushed down too far. If you wiggled the end cap, you could pull it off all locked. Just grab a pair of pliers and pull the tab up to be more perpendicular to the rack and it will be fine. It has a little play in it, but it works solidly and you can’t pull it off. If someone really wanted to go to town on it and pry it off, they could. But it wouldn’t happen right away.Other than that, looks good and only took about 10 minutes to install, including the time it took to find the pliers and a step stool. :)

Great buy!!!! Super impressed!
I was skeptical at first but after reading several great reviews I pulled the trigger on it. I’ve got a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk and it fits great and was super easy to install! When I initially put in my make and model in the dropdown list to check compatability it told me my vehicle wasnt compatible but in the listing it showed my make and model was compatible so I took a chance and went ahead and bought it! It looks great and works really well! Very impressed at the price and glad I didnt drop $500-$600 on a Thule or Yakima. I’m just carrying skis, kayakes, and a luggage rack on the top.

Exceeded my expectations
I ordered these because they were inexpensive and well rated, agreed on that. Total installation time with nothing but the supplied Allen wrench was less than 20 minutes, they fit like OEM, seem sturdy and look good. Not really a fan of the lockable end caps aesthetically but like that they are much less likely to be lost than non locking. Highly recommended.
