The plate came as described as correct size, with open slits on the sides and on the top for ease of putting some paper labels in there. The film covering on the plastic causes a frosted effect, so make sure to remove that (you can barely tell it’s on, but it is). I cut the sticky label in half, and applied to each end of the back. They’re sturdy and simple. Worked great!

These would be great except each one takes too long to try to peel the protective plastic coating. I have been trying to get one off of the nameplate on and off for an entire day. It is absolutely ridiculous that a pull tab or overlapping of this material is not on this product. I will not be buying it again because of this.

Excellent quality

NOT thin plastic. Very sturdy. I cut the adhesive patches in half only because i was mounting to a heavily used set of drawers for my glowforge but there are plenty adhesive patches sent & it sticks pretty well! All in all, I would definitely recommend this product. REMOVE the FILM!

Originally I agreed with the other reviews. Name plates are not clear and not as advertised. I went back to my original order, because I thought I had ordered the wrong plates. Well, you need to read the instructions. There is a film on the plate that need to be removed. The film on the plates are not apparent, they just look like old and worn pieces of plastic. The film is difficult to remove. I will keep these, but would not order them again. Instructions should be included in the package.

Didn’t come with adhesive… Name plates look fine

These arrived dirty on the inside and they do not open up enough to clean. In addition to the dirt flakes, there was a white cloudiness to the edges of half of them. Also, the "protective film" was a joke. Several of them were deeply scratched UNDER the film. It was incredibly difficult to get off since it is flush to all the edges, had to carefully use a razor blade to peel the corners up. I do not recommend these holders, they are junk and not handled with care by the manufacturer.

These were not as advertised. Shown and labeled as clear but product received was opaque and scratched. Don’t buy.
