If I print several images on a sheet of this paper and cut them apart, is it easy to remove the backing from the individual pieces?

I haven't had any problems with it so far. I make different size labels per sheet, cut them apart, and then remove the backing with my fingernail to separate the two.

Does it leave a residue on clothing if I use it for printed name tags?
