Man I thought this was a joke product, but it isnt
As a loads of whey protein/beans/eggs eater, I can certify that on those occasional "very bad days", a single filter does the job fantastically filtering 100 percent of the smell. I have only used this at night and didnt feel uncomfortable and after sometime, forgot it was there. Cant believe this product did not exist before.PS: Do not buy any underwears or seat pads or anything that promises filtering. None of them help pass the gas through the charcoal layer as this one does.

I don't know about these
For a short while I was having major intestinal issues. These are pricey for what they are and how they are used. I didn't need them afterall, but will hang on to them just in case.

Didn’t work for me but works really well for my family and friends
I liked this product worked so well for my family and friends although it didn’t work for me personally I still highly recommend it and just suggest you follow all the directions and if you need help check with your doctor if you of course can afford to make an appointment. Each person is unique but this is a great product and works extremely well if you follow the instructions correctly. Finally seller is willing to work with you if the product malfunctions which is another reason I highly recommend this product. :)

More effective than not, but not perfect.
I suffer from excessive and foul-smelling flatulence. I work in a call center, and we're not allowed to just take breaks whenever we want. (Not that I would be okay with making an ass out of myself and getting up and going outside/to the bathroom every couple minutes). But with that background out of the way, this has been my anecdotal experience:Day 1: I tucked the round one up against my anus and pushed a little bit, so that it almost went in but not quite. I also combined it with one of the larger square pads, folded accordion style. On this day, my many farts were completely smell-free.Day 2: I did just a square pad folded accordion style. It was mostly effective, but I did have a couple farts that still slipped by and either smelled. This could very well be because I didn't position it right or because it slipped out of place with my sweaty swamp butt.Day 3: I again used just a square one, and it seemed pretty much totally effective in terms of scent. No complaints or leaked smells that I noticed. As far as comfort goes, I pretty much forget about it for most of the day except a couple times. But it stays in place perfectly fine just being held by my small and unimpressive cheeks. So i think they're definitely onto something with this product, and it's a lot better than nothing, but it's not quite a 10/10 product... My main complaints are 1) There aren't really any clear instructions on how/where to position the pad, 2) the price per unit is way too high, unless you spend a ton of money anyways and buy in bulk.

it works. it really does.
due to a pancreas problem i have developed very very bad gas. like i mean its bad. you can send me to any country that has a war and i will show them the real definition of chemical warfare from the REAR. so jokes aside these things work. I found they work best when i place them between the butt crack. you have to get used to it, but make sure its positioned where the gas goes into it.The secret is to make sure the gas gets in the pad, so its up to you to get the right position. i use this and a thin mat on my chair at the office. thank God to who ever thought this up.
