Out of the box, do these come with a speaker harness already attached/assembled or should I buy them when I order a set?

These come with a set of wires with spade terminals on them. The end of the wires are tinned and setup to be installed directly to an amp.or soldered to an existing wire. If you don't want to cut factory wiring a harness adapter or quick splice will be needed.

Will this fit front and back of my 1998 Subaru Forester ?

The pair I bought were 6.5 so I am not sure

My original speakers are 2 ohms. Can I install these 4 ohms with no problem?

Yes you can and there will be a noticeable decrease in volume if replacing a 2 ohm speaker with a 4 ohm such as these. Not half as loud as someone answered but noticeable.
