Perfect for storing an additional mattress. The mattress was a single, fairly thick but not heavy, and the bag was perfect size even roomy to store it. Carried it down the stairs in the bag and put it away easily.

The double mattress cover is very good value. Although it is a incredibly snug fit and really needs two people to put it on it provides really good protection. The cover is very thick and durable and will definitely be able to be used several times. With the handles it made moving the mattress very easy. I would highly recommend.

It was worth paying a little extra for a great product, the water proof covering was needed (as it was raining at the time) and the manoeuvrability was perfect assisted by the the strong handles.
