My 12 year saved up to buy this for himself. Very sturdy and stands up to rough play for repeated use.

So this thing is cool first and foremost, it does look very realistic and is made of decent quality. Couple of small gripes that knock it down a star. The bottom cap was impossible to open without a pair of plyers. I had to shave some plastic from the injection mold channels that was left behind in manufacturing to get it to open and close easily, also the pin that acts as the hinge for the safety handle I had to glue in as it would just fall out. Other than that this works as intended and I cant wait to prank someone with it.

After three throws, one of the doors broke quite quickly. Not very durable. Good function, easy to use. For 10 dollars, not shabby, but buy a lot of you're planning on using them.

It looks nice and has a good design, but it is poorly manufactured. The spring release barely works in opening the grenade, well, part of the grenade, one section does not open at all and the other so slowly opening anything contained within rolls out, not fling out. It has an "exploding" radius of about 2cm. Very disappointing would not recommend it.

I actually kind of giggled when I saw the "load" for this grenade. The included beads are tiny, tiny, tiny. Like 1/4 the size of an airsoft pellet. Perhaps 2mm balls of various colors. I can't imagine they have enough mass to travel more than a few inches and you could definitely not feel them and even more definitely not find them all again.The pin really does nothing. This is an impact driven device that has to hit a hard surface to dislodge the spring loaded sides which click closed. Tossing it onto the grass does nothing. You have to land on a floor or concrete to get it to "pop" open and even then there is no real dispersal of pellets. It's not a bad looking thing, just not much function.
