I'm not sure if I read that this was shimmery when I bought it, but it is. It looks great on though! I just use it near my lower lashes on my waterline. I have to run it over the line a few times to get a good solid cover.

Wonderful Product
I find it sharpens and applies well. Though maybe a tad faint when applied... Great for making squinty eyes appear larger or tired eyes brighter/ more alert. But maybe too light for dramatic or cosplay/LARP looks. I use it almost daily.

I usually luv this brand for their eyeliner, but this one does not go on easily and when it does it turns out very light. U can barely see it, and what u can see is gone in 10 minutes

White eyeliner
I ordered the white eyeliner because i do love putting white on my waterline, but the color does not stay even though it says water proof. It does stay only a little but since its right on my water line i don't think it's a 24hr stay because I'm blinking through out the day and my eyes tend to get watery. Besides that the colors bright and it glides great. Wish it was more matte though.
