Q: I bought this ink in august-it ran out of ink in october. i rarely print anything! maybe a list here & there. why does it run out so quickly?

I have had same issues. The ink in a years time is 6x the cost of the printer. I just purchased a Brother laser printer the 48.00 toner cartridge prints 1200 copies. Much better to have.

I have had the SAME exact problem. Now I wonder if it’s the printer or the ink. I’m not happy. At all. I have bought more ink in the last month and I haven’t printed very much, no picture quality; it seems like I may get maybe 10-20 prints. I had a HP and the ink lasted so much longer: so did my canon and that was pictures I printed.
