I had never used primer in my life. (62yrs- yes, I know!) Anyway, I got some in a set for one of my birthdays and now I would never use anything else. It just sinks into your skin, making it feel lovely and velvety and then, once you put your makeup on, it holds it so well and gives your skin such a smooth appearance. You don't need very much and it covers well and so I find I can make mine last a good 6 or 7 months- it's on my hubby's list for my Christmas presents again this year!!

This product did not cause an allergic reaction to my skin. Am pleased with it.

I've tried so many primers, between cheap and expensive brands, but this one is by far perfect. I have dry skin that makes my makeup flaky but this primer gives me a smooth surface every time. My cheeks can also be a bit sensitive sometimes but aren't irritated by this primer at all.You only need to use a couple of pumps because it spreads so well & leaves the skin soft, dewy, and with a healthy glow. I use it aswell as an SPF moisturiser and they work well together.It's the perfect base for my makeup as my foundation (and thus my blush and contour) stays put literally all day and night. Obviously I have to powder it halfway through a night out to get rid of shine, but my foundation does not "melt" off or get patchy at any point. It doesnt transfer onto material unless you're rubbing hard. Do yourself a favour and buy this! I've been using this primer for about 4 years and will never touch a different brand.

There are two makeup products that I cannot live without, and they both happen to be Lancôme. I don’t buy expensive makeup. I almost exclusively wear Neutrogena products. However, I gladly spend the money on Lancôme makeup primer, because it is worth every penny. My skin feels like silk after I apply it. My foundation spreads so much easier and stays on longer, so I no longer need mid-day touch-ups. I also don’t need to use as much of my foundation as I did with other primers to achieve the same look. It minimizes my pores, and for me, prevents breakouts. (I’ve had some issues over the years with Rosacea-type flareups, cystic acne, and yucky blackheads on my nose.) This primer is a MUST for me! I’ve tried dozens of other primers, and none of them can even hold a candle next to Lancôme primer.The other Lancôme product I swear by is Lancôme Cils Booster XL lash and mascara primer, just in case you were wondering. That stuff is worth its weight in gold, as well!

Lancôme products never fails to amaze me! This primer is just amazing! I love the feeling what it does to my face before adding my liquid foundation. Feeling fresh all day long .. so happy

I’m loving this primer. It keeps my makeup in place all day! It’s similar to Benefit Porefessional and the Smashbox one.. but I think I like this the most. I also love the glass bottle, luxe packaging and the pump. Which is easier to use than the other primers mentioned in their squeeze tubes. I feel like there’s more product here too? Overall fantastic silicone based primer.

Finding a good primer and sometimes hard to come across. I think this is my new favorite primer. I’ve been using this primer for a little over a month, and it has been my goal to primer. It allows my makeup to look skin like, and create a smooth, natural looking barrier that allows my make up to look flawless. The consistency is thick, but very lightweight. It does not feel greasy at all. It’s very smooth between my fingertips, and applies very smoothly onto my face. Smooth out blemishes and pores. I would definitely recommend , for anyone with combination or oily skin.

This primer is so amazing!! I love the way it feels to put it on my skin. I am very good at wearing barely there makeup to show off my pretty well-cared for 45 yr old skin. The primer makes my sheet foundation look perfect and my makeup up to stay perfectly in place all day.I've invested in and built my makeup collection over many years. Tried many expensive primers. Tatcha Silk primer was my favorite before this product. I still keep some of it on hand when I need more coverage. Honestly, I like to use both when I go out at night.It won't hide bad skin. But it will make good skin look amazing!!
