How long is the battery life before needing recharge? 10 hrs? 60 hrs?

What are the dimensions of the actual player (not the package)? I need this to find a case to fit the player

The dimensions are 1 & 1/2 inches wide and 3 & 1/2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick. I have to strongly suggest you buy another unit, however. I have had to buy four units made by this company over the last two years. The player is solid but the earphone jack did last four months, and the ones before it lasted around six months. The Bluetooth is very unreliable with a range of over 12 feet in the house but not even three feet in my pants pocket. One company makes several "brands" but the fault is the same no matter what name is stamped on the front.
