Do you need posts to put this bamboo fence up or does it come with stakes?

Our bamboo fence panel dose not come with any stakes, posts, or other hardware due to the many different way this product can be used. For new fence application we suggest using two treated 4''x4'' posts, one on each end cemented into the ground along with two pieces of 2''x2'' treated lumber used horizontally for support. Always install bamboo panel 1'' above ground to prevent soaking up moisture. You can add more detail by capping the top, bottom, and back of the bamboo panel. However you install your bamboo panel keep in mind that it is natural non treated wood, we strongly suggest applying an oil base sealer to prevent from weathering.

Is this fencing treated already? What is the best to seal it for water exposure?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Our Bamboo Fence is fumigated and pest resistant with natural capping at the node. We suggest applying a sealant to the surface of your fence for a finished look. According to the manufacturer: To extend the life-span of your natural finish bamboo fence, we suggest using a sealer. If you plan on using your fence outdoors, coat the fence with Cabot's Australian Timber Oil to prevent weathering and color fade from harsh outdoor weather conditions.

Could I tape this to the wall for party decor and then home decor?

This was like REAL bamboo, its pretty thick and heavy. I thought it was going to be light and more straw material but it is not. I do not think you would be able to tape it to a wall.
