Brotree 550 Paracord 9 Strand Nylon Parachute CordParachute chord ... why do I need it? A question asked by my wife! - This is very strong chord indeed, it is extremely powerful for it's size, only 4mm in thickness yet it has been tested to 280KG, that is amazing strength for just 4mm thick chord. The answer to the question is that I wouldn't be without a length of this as it's so handy for a variety of things where a strong durable chord is needed. I keep this in my car where it's handy for tying down securely anything that I place on my roof rails. I also have a length of this attached to the rear of my large flat screen tv in case it accidentally gets knocked over, it's so strong it has unlimited possibilities.The chord itself is 4mm thick and is supplied in a generous length of 31 metres, it is held together with a nice Velcro strap to keep it tidy and tangle free. I elected to buy the black chord which I feel is not so noticeable if I wish to keep it as invisible as possible, if using for tent guy ropes or similar tasks maybe a bright coloured version would be better so it's easily spotted?This has a nine strand core covered by a woven nylon outer cover, it's soft to the touch and as far as chord goes is quite attractive to look at. As mentioned before, it's only 4mm thick but is also tremendously strong, it's also rot and UV resistant so it will be fine for quite some time if used outside in the weather, in fact I have used this for guy ropes on a radio mast I have on my garden shed.I have many uses for this chord, it is attractive looking with it's woven nylon covering so it looks much neater than a normal piece of string if used around the house, it's strength is also far superior to string. Poco que decir. Es Brotree, sinónimo de calidad. La cuerda por cierto preciosa, me encanta el color y el diseño que tiene. Por ahora está aguantando perfecto. Hace años compré otra de esta marca y sigue perfecta, como el primer día, también era preciosa.Por cierto, ambas las he usado para tensar toldos, tiendas de campaña, hamacas.... y han funcionado perfectamente y también para hacer llaveros y cinturones y también genial.Sin duda, siempre que necesite este tipo de cuerdas, las compraré de esta marca.

Bei unter 40€ für 100m Reflektierenden Paracord hatte ich mich auf relativ viel eingestellt. Es handelt sich auch nicht um das Beste Cord aller Zeiten aber um ziemlich Gutes. Vorallem für den Preis. Es ist zweilagig wie die meisten und das wichtigste bei der Verarbeitung, ist auf jeden Fall das saubere versiegeln der Enden. Wenn das garantiert ist, sollte es überhaupt keine Probleme geben.Die Reflexion funktioniert deutlich besser als ich erwartet hatte und ist vor allem als Hutband extrem praktisch.Ich bin super zufrieden.
