Best Keyboard I've Ever Owned, but really, that didn't take much
I'm tempted to buy another of these for work. It's a solid good keyboard with great action on the keys. I'm not so concerned about the multimedia buttons, etc, though I do use F keys frequently as I'm an old "commander" style file navigator person. I didn't do the hack so the F lock was always on. Maybe I'm just aware enough that I can tell if the F lock is on or not before I go hitting a button right next to it. I'm also thinking the F lock might stay on when it comes back from hibernation mode. The insert key being in a different place doesn't bother me either, and I use it regularly with the informenter firefox plugin.Pros: Good feel and great action on the keys. Looks spiffy.Cons: I guess the F key thing, but it's no big deal to me. And I guess since I'm nitpicking, maybe just lose the goofy multimedia keys too.I need to buy another of these before they go away or the price increases from $20 and free ship like Amazon has now.

Rearranged cursor control keys and "F Lock" are an annoyance
This keyboard has a comfortable feel, but I prefer my 7-year-old original Microsoft Natural keyboard, as Microsoft has really fouled up the layout of this one.The "home" and "end" keys have been moved, the "delete" key enlarged to twice its original size, and the "insert" key is entirely missing. What's more, the F keys have been replaced by Microsoft Office control keys (open, save, undo, print, etc.), and if you want them to act how they're supposed to, you have to manually turn on "F Lock" each and every time you boot--this key cannot be controlled by software! (There is a registry hack for Win2k/XP that can effectively disable "F lock" on the PS/2 version, but if you're using USB or another OS, then you're up a creek.)It's a shame Microsoft had to add these annoyances to an otherwise good keyboard.

Great for my wrists, not for my Mac
I bought this for a Mac and it works but a lot of the features don't work, especially with programs like Dreamweaver. It was really well priced, and has really helped my carpel tunnel issues so I can't really complain too much. I did have to get a cord to connect it to a USB plug but that wasn't too pricey, if you need to convert to USB just be careful to get the right cord. The only one I found has another plug for a mouse as well but I don't use that because I have a super sweet mighty mouse from apple that's USB, so it is kind of annoying having less USB ports to work with... if I want to plug a camera in I have to unplug my mouse, of course I could get a USB splitter to remedy this but all these extra tools start to drive up the price of the keyboard. The other main annoyance--only applies to Mac users--is that I have to use another program, like i-Tunes, to eject the disc since there's no "open" button, and then I just have to push it closed. But all in all I'm fairly happy with it.

Waste of my money 💰
It was exactly the type of keyboard I wanted but don't know if it even worked because it's not compatible with current software. Waste of my money 💰

Very good ergonomic keyboard
I spent a very long time looking for an ergonomic keyboard for the Mac. I have had tendonitis in my right wrist. This keyboard has worked great and my wrist has improved. I don't use all of the special buttons it has at the top of the keyboard, so I cannot comment on those. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because the keys are much louder than my other Mac keyboards. I have grown accustomed to it, but it is a noticeable difference. I would definitely recommend this keyboard!

I bought this for my daughter to replace the one she gave to her dad. it is as good as new.
The only place I would buy anything would be at amazon.com. I trust their security and have not have any problems so far. I started buying items for my computer, fax, medical reference books at extremely reasonable prices. I have been saving $$ and trust me amazon has not bribed me to do this email either. It is jut win win situation for both of us. Thank you amazon for your amazing gift of integrity and support toward your customers SG

Typist beware "6" is on the wrong side.
This keyboard has a good feel because the ergonomics reduces the reach for most keys. However, anyone that types "correctly" will quickly get frustrated that Microsoft put the "6" key on the (wrong) left side (thus, making it an anti-ergonomic effort for your right hand to reach it). That is, typing schools teaches you to hit the "6" with your right hand--almost an incredible feat of finger acrobatics with this keyboard. Even after 2 years using this keyboard, I still have problems trying to hit the "6" button. (That is, the left finger has 4,5,6 to choose from)I submited my complaing to Microsoft 2 years ago, but they didn't seem to followup. However, there is another Microsoft ergonomic keyboard "Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard (series)" that does not separate it to a left and right--rather, it curves. A better alternative if you share your keyboard / computer with people that may not type as well (kids, spouse, friend, etc).I do see alot of sales and clearance on this keyboard (but not the curve ones), who knows, maybe Microsoft is finally trying to get rid of these defective "6" keyboards).Other complaints already noted by other reiewers: Personally, the "f-lock" is ok for me, but annoying. The missing insert is horrid--the elongated Delete is a ridiculous reason for removing the insert.
