Can these pens be used with the ne Rocketbook Notebook?

Out of all the Frixion pens, these work the best with the Rocketbook. Significantly smoother and cleaner than the clicker version pens.

Has anyone used these for cross stitching?

My fellow quilters and embroiderers...these pens were not manufactured to be used on fabric. Thus, they've not been tested for fabric use by the manufacturer. Are these retractable type or have a cap that is removed (and can get lost)?

These are NOT retractable. They do have a cap that needs to be removed in order to erase. I find these to be wonderful. I have the black ones and they write smoothly and erase cleanly.

These say refillable, but I can’t see how the come apart to refill?

just turn the barrel part , which has the eraser on it, in an anti clockwise direction and it would unscrew off and then fill the refill by removing the caps of course.
