Q: I am getting the same ASt error. I see it was an easy fix, can someone post exactly how to fix it? unplugging, holding buttons not working.

So it turns out that it's actually "RSt" for "Reset." If you still have your installation manual floating around, grab it. It should say how to reset the controller. I have a different UNICOO desk, but I needed to hold the "down" button for several seconds, let go of it, and then press "down" again. There was a single, clear beep and then it was functioning normally. This all happened once I got it to its lowest setting first. I think it basically needs to get to the bottom and recalibrate. However, it's also worth mentioning that I went to UNICOO's website and reached out to their email before finding my manual. The person who helped me there told me to press both "up" and "down" at the same time for 10 seconds, so maybe that's what will work for you. Hope this helps!

Q: I am getting an loc error. how do i clear this?

I am getting the same “Loc” error. I followed what was suggested and nothing seems to work. Not sure what to do and I haven’t heard anything from their customer support either.

Q: When I press the up/down arrow buttons, only one side goes up and down (the side with the motor); the other side doesn't budge. Suggestions please?

The cross bar connecting the two sides is not installed correctly. Refer to the installation instructions.

Q: I am able to raise the desk but get an E16 error whenever I try to lower it back down. Has anyone else had this error?

Same for me...now my desk is just stuck at the top.
