Can u bake at abt 250C in this

Hello, I have not baked with this yet but it can withstand pretty high temperatures on a cook top. You have to be sure to condition and season the clay pots before using in oven or cook top. It takes about 8-10 days to season them properly for cooking use. There are many excellent resources on seasoning clay pots for cooking available on you tube. Hope this helps.

How to use before cooking in first time

Before You start Cooking These pots are pre-seasoned using corn starch solution. By soaking the pot in corn starch solution and dried before packing. Soak the pot for overnight in a bucket of water (completely submerged) This will loosen the starch coating; Seasoning starch may appear slippery on surface. So, Handle with care. Wash the pot thoroughly to remove excess starch stuck outside and wood ash stuck to the pot during deep burning process. POTS MAY LEAVE BLACK COLOR WHILE WASHING, that is wood ash stuck to the pot during deep burning process Boil some water in the Utensil continuously for about 15 Minutes. Wipe it and start cooking.
