Maybe it’s a placebo, or maybe it works. I found that it was very helpful in calming all the symptoms that comes with quitting

I love their Calms Forte. This product has different ingredients but helps just as well with nervous energy and agitation. I don't believe this product is intended as a smoking cessation first line of defence, but rather a tool in the quitter's arsenal. I'd get some patches or gum to go along with it. Quitter's Relief takes the edge off.

Definelty a big help when quitting smoking. Not a cure-all but it definitely helps take the edge off.
