No. It is a total of 4" wide. I am using it on a 3 basin bar sink with small basins.

How can I buy 10" Swing Spout unit only ?

I forget the name of the store, but I bought one through Amazon last summer and it worked out well.

Can you remove the spout and install a hose instead?

Yes this is possible, but you would need the 22-632L, garden hose adapter

Does this faucet have 1/4 turn handles?

Yes. Includes 1/4 turn durable ceramic valves.
