Is this a good toothpaste for adults?

Personally I would not recommend it - the tablets for travel are hard as a rock …. I ended up throwing them away

Do these go bad? Harden after storage? How far out is the expiration date?

I don’t l ow about exp date. Our kids use the watermelon and we use peppermint. Love there are no chemicals. We’ve been using for over a year and never had them go bad
