It's sharpened my dull knife which could barely cut a thai-chilli-pepper to cutting onions.Very easy to use.Its very small and doesn't weigh much and I sharpened my knife in less then 5 minutes so it is very quick to use.Dont really need to clean it.And I like how it grips to the table I use so I like it's functionalities.

I was a bit sceptical at first but what an amazing sharpener, so compact and easy to use. I have tried quite a few now and this is the one!!

This sharpener is small, but does the job brilliantly. Yes, it takes metal from the blade but how else do you sharpener a blade? If the blade is really blunt, draw it lightly through the sharpener three or four times and it won't be blunt anymore.The sucker is great, but only on a smooth surface, it didn't work on my work surface, but worked brilliantly on the sink draining board.After use just put it in the drawer, it doesn't take up much room because it's so small.Highly recommend

Really surprised how quick and effective this is at sharpening your knives - only takes a few strokes on either side and it is like new. The work surface attachment is great and really handy. It is pretty small and compact and easily stowed away.

Likes: worked well for straight edge knife just need to be careful to maintain the same pressure (yourself) on the blade as you pull it through. Suction feature worked well and naturally releases after half an hour or lift the release buttonDislikes: Ruined serrated edge knives. Didn't work at all for scissors (straight edges)Overall: Useful to sharpen straight edge knives but nothing more.

I originally had various types of block sharpeners, you know the ones where you have to have this oblong block with different types of stones on each side and you have to get the angle right in order to sharpen your knives blades etc. However, don't waste your money, all those are waste of times and you have to really buy a really expensive block at least a £ 80-£100 for a genuine article of block sharpening stone kit, and have the skill and the time. I admit this is the route I took and ended up always overdoing it and dulling my blades because I couldn't get the angle right or the pressure right etc etc blah blah blah.However I looked on YouTube and seen people raving about this particular knife sharpening tool, and I decided to give it a go at least for the price I paid I couldn't see how I could go wrong I mean I wouldn't lose that much in money. Let me tell you this sharpen my knives so good I was in shock and the better quality knives you have the better the sharpening it will be. This is no exaggeration. This is the best value for money knife sharpening tool I've ever had and I will recommend the highly I would give it 10 stars if I could it's that good in my experiences with my knives and you don't need all at skill and write angle and pressure etc etc just a few Strokes, and the knives are Sharp full stop aka period one of the best buys I've ever had on Amazon. I highly recommend very highly recommend

We tried other sharp parents that don’t work as well and this one does the job! It’s a great value for the money! And it delivered the next day!
