Is this big enough for cordless drill and basic tools

Depends upon how many basic tools you are talking about. The bag is big enough to take my Makita cordless drill, charger, and just a few other bits only - such as a hammer, screwdriver and some odds and sods. If you try and ram more small tools in then they might fit but in order to get them out you will have to upend the bag a shake it all out.

What are the dimensions? i am confused by the dimensions. it says 17.7cm l, but claims to be a 16 inch bag. please clarify.

How high are the internal dimensions from the base to the zips

Pretty good but don’t put to many tool init or you will break zip an if your putting a drill in take the battery off if possible plenty pockets for screws but as a say don’t overfill

Is this bag tall enough to hold standard sized cleaning products?

Yes, however, as the bag zips it becomes more narrows at the top
