The best marker I’ve used so far. Works well on steel, even when covered in rust or millscale. Would be even better if there was a narrow tip version.

For marking metal (but you already knew that!)
Bought to marking drill hole positions and for cut lines on oil drums. The line are a consistent thickness and stand out well against the oil drum paint (even yellow).Just remember that because the ink/paint is valve controlled you'll have to carefully press down on the nib a few times until the ink/paint starts to flow,
