These are bitter, very bitter which is what you are looking for. I've been eating these for a long time now and they still as bitter as the first day. No way to get used to it hehe.Packaging is awesome, really good to keep these fresh.

Nice and bitter
I have been buying the one pound bags of these for years, and decided to try the 2 pound bag. Most of the kernels are whole, and these seeds appear bigger than I was getting.
