Pitch black inside these glasses. It came with a nice case and cloth.....wasn't expecting that. overall I'm impressed.It does protect your eyes when you have the red light on.

These totally block out all red light

Much more comfortable than those versions that are like tiny eyeball cups.

Well, I never received them, so I can't say I'm enjoying them. :/But Hooga is a great brand. I have one of their red lights, their neck collar, and their IR sauna bag.

I bought these because the little ones that came with my other red light device kind of cut into the skin around my eyes and leave a mark. I do really like these glasses but the two problems with them are that they do let light in around the sides but also even the lenses let some light through. With the other goggles, I can't see the red light device at all, but with these, I can see the lights faintly but clearly if that makes sense. The lights aren't bright, but I can see them.

These red light blocking glasses are pretty cool looking, but they don't quite keep all the light out because the fit isn't snug enough. One size doesn't fit everyone, so it would be awesome if they offered different sizes or gave more sizing info in the product details.
