Very happy with it so far. We are only using the "grow" cycle so far, so we can use it in our garden. That cycle doesn't get as hot, though, so we did have to add extra enzymes and also run it through a second time to get the desired output. In fairness, I put cantaloupe rind and pineapple peel in there, along with celery and some thin mandarin orange peels; everything was in small pieces, but still pretty tough stuff. Going forward, I think I'll skip the pineapple peel for the garden and maybe save that for the higher temp cycle. Excellent, user-friendly machine and directions. I have it in a little cubby off the kitchen, so we don't even hear it running; it's pretty quiet, though, anyway. The "grow" cycle takes a long time...about 16-20 hours. The hotter cycles are much faster. It just depends on how you want to use the output.

Great composter!I visited my son in the US and they had the very same one. I was so impressed I bought one when I got home. Love it.

Tracking was a bit weird. From Kentucky to Richmond, VA to Pittsburgh, PA to Newark, NJ to Ashland VA to me.It delayed the arrival date by 3 days late.But packaging was good, nothing broken or damaged.Turn the system on and now making some soils from scrapes.Even with charcoal filter, it smells a bit. At Eco mode, as soon as I opened, food flies came rushing in. I re-did it with table to soil mode. It became a bit load noise came in. I think it will be best to place in garage or shed.False advertising? Chicken bone is not allowed at instruction manual but at website, it says okay. Don't know I should try or not.

Mine broke after 1.5 month use. Now I am at the process of returning it and hope to get a refund. I am sad it broke as I am living in the very dry state and the natural decomposition of the plant food leftovers is close to impossible. To specify, it was a burned engine .PS The manufacture was not taking the responsibility. IT is the other story about communication with them. My recommendations - DO NOT buy it at all

This product was bought as a gift for my father for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. I'm actually get one for myself because that's how much he loves it.

I have tried to do composting for almost 2 years now, every single try have failed in every possible way. I saw a video of this on Isntagram and went to give it a try and I cannot be happier. Everything you put in there (make sure it's on the list of stuff you can) is well processed and without any smell issues. I have it on my kitchen next to the counter so I just put what I scrap there and at the end of the day put it on eco mode.Eco mode is so cheap, the light bill only increased around $1.25 a month and it does the same job as the other modes. Also, important to mention that if you see that something is not well processed in Eco mode, just put some new stuff in and put run it again, doesn't cause any issues.The auto cleaning mode is amazing, just add water and it takes care of itself.If you life in the middle of the city of a town in where you cannot have a compost thing far from your house where the smell will get you, this is the best possible device for you.

Love this composter. When filled with the right blend of green and brown plant material it produces fluffy compost with 0 smell. It's as quiet as my HE dishwasher.
