If I don't want treble or bass gain, how should I use the knob?

The bass and treble knobs can work from left to right and the range is ±6dB. If you don't want gain change, please turn the knobs to the 12 o'clock direction.

Will this work with my bluetooth turntable (Angel Horn)?

If the output is phono yes, however, the unit doesn't come with Bluetooth.

Do the headphone port and RCA output at the same time?

Hello. It will output at the same time. Accodring to our customers' needs, we will cancel this feature in the future. And you will be able to listen to your headphone alone and won't disturb others.
